Teachers day celebrated with great enthusiasm in Adesh Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Bathinda
Teacher’s day is one of the most celebrated days in schools and colleges. It’s a day when you appreciate teachers for having a tremendous impact on your life.
Teacher’s day is a day that is celebrated all over the country on the 5th of September. It is a day celebrated to show the teachers our appreciation towards them and their hard work. Students should respect their teachers, and Teacher’s day is the perfect occasion to show a teacher how much they appreciate them.
The College of Paramedical Sciences, Adesh University beautifully celebrated the event which was organised by the "Student Council" of Adesh Institute of Paramedical Sciences. The students from the different courses like Bsc Dialysis Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, Cardiac Care Technology, Radiology and Imaging Technology and many more courses had participated in this event
There was also a special Kashmiri Dance performance (Rouf) performed by Kashmiri students.
The skit was acted in the event in which the theme "What teachers do in the class" was shown to the audience and was liked by them
The event hall overflowed with an audience who wanted to celebrate teachers day with respect and love for their teachers. Once again it was one of the very successful events organized by all the council members of Adesh Institute of Paramedical Sciences

Why teachers day is celebrated?
Dr Radhakrishnan was the first Vice President and second President of India who was born on September 5th, 1888 in Tirutani in a middle-class family. He was considered an incredible student as well as an exemplary teacher who dedicated his life to education.He had said, "Instead of celebrating my birthday, it would be my proud privilege if September 5 is observed as Teacher's Day." Therefore, his birthday is celebrated as Teacher's Day since 1962
