Q2. Tell us about your journey so far?
I am a model, fashion and lifestyle influencer with an eye for glamour and luxury.
Q3.How would you describe your style?
It really differs and depends on my mood and my current environment and setting (depends on the country.) In general I am very much into neutral colors but on the other hand I tend to be very extravagant at times. I always like to out do myself for events in my own authentic way!
Q4.Tell me about your experience as a model.
Overal my experience has been fantastic, since I do something that I’m very passionate about for a living I don’t mind the early mornings and late nights because it does require a lot of discipline. A lot of people think it’s easy being in this world but trust me it isn’t. You need to have the character and drive for it. My career started when my platform on Instagram started gaining a lot of attention due to people enjoying my content. Gradually and slowly different modeling agencies started contacting me and that’s how the chapter opened up for me.
Q5.2020 has been the strangest of years, how did you find lockdown? Any lessons or discoveries?
I do have to say 2020 was indeed a strange year for the world but personally for me it’s been one of the best years of my life. Nonetheless of the restrictions I kept striving for my goals. It did not stop me from working and accomplishing my dreams. I’ve always been a hard worker and always will be nonetheless of the difficulties coming onto my path. When my eyes are on a specific prize I do not stop until it’s mine and achieved!
Q6.What are your hopes for the future of the fashion industry?
I hope it all becomes more sustainable, because currently designers are under such huge stress and pressure due to the pandemic like many other businesses. No matter if they’re working for big companies or small ones, they are always fighting for the balance between integrity and business. I hope there will be a better solution to that, but obviously designers have to be intelligent enough to adapt if they want to succeed. At the moment it is very fast, very challenging, very competitive. I hope it gets better.
Q7.What is your greatest strength?
My greatest strength is my vision for positivity in every single situation. Life isn’t always rainbow and sunshine as it is portrayed on social-media but I tend to adapt myself at all times. I’m a very open-minded and understanding person, at times I wonder if I’m a bit too open — minded because at this point nothing surprises me anymore haha!
Q8.How do you imagine a typical day in work?
I know this sounds like such a cliché but first things first! I need my two hot coffees in the morning and then I’m ready to start. First I check my emails/ dm’s etc. But that is the only thing that’s a routine on my day to day life since I live a very unexpected life. Everyday is something different, I never really know what I’ll be doing or where I’ll be based. My life is so chaotic in every best way possible and very last minute due to always being in different time zones.
Q9.What are your greatest accomplishments so far?
Something that for me is a quit an accomplishment and an enjoyment is being to work with extremely well known world wide Luxury hotels. I have a clothing brand named ‘Maison Kito’ but I’ve put it on hold for now because I am too busy with the other part of my career.
Q10: What sorts of settings/clothes/brands do you prefer to shoot for or wear?
One thing about me, I’m a very creative and innovative person. For example, give me a Lemon and I’ll make you anything to do with that item. I can create anything no matter what the vibe, style or setting is.Q11: We are huge fans of your Instagram. Do you have any tips or tricks for achieving an aesthetically awesome Instagram page?
Might sound like a typical thing to say but honestly just try to be your authentic true self. Lately when I’m on Instagram I see numerous of influencers with literally the same content, aesthetic and style. I hate that about social media, a lot of people tend to fall into a ‘discourse community’ type of situation. Be your own amazing self! That’s all what I can say.
Q12: What’s the one habit you have that changed your life for the better?
One thing that has changed a lot over the years and also getting older/ maturing is that I simply don’t care what other people think about me compared to a few years back. In life you will always have people who will love and admire you and people who will want the polar opposite for you. That is just part of the journey, if you don’t have haters, you’re clearly doing something wrong! I’m just lucky I have an amazing group of close friends around me who motivate and push me to be the best version of myself possible and vice versa! You are who you surround yourself with, a lot of people tend to forget that.
Q13: What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?
Something that people would be surprised to know about me is that I’m a very humble and kind person. At times people think I’m unapproachable but in reality I’m a very down to earth person and I’m always open to meeting new people all around the world. I’m very genuine and straight to the point, I don’t like people who show fake love because I always keep it very real.
