the Dental Surgeons, have been totally neglected by the government since

approximately 200 students graduate from dental colleges, many of whom also

surgeons find themselves facing a bleak job market, with limited opportunities
for employment.

situation has reached a critical point, as many dental professionals are now
aging out of the workforce without having had the chance to practice their
skills. The lack of government recruitment for dental surgeons has left a
